Sweepstakes Rules

Sweepstakes Eligibility: The Giveaway is only open to persons who (i) are permanent legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S. and the District of Columbia (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are currently physically located therein; (ii) are 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in their jurisdiction as of the date of entry; and (iii) have either a valid Social Security number or a valid U.S. Individual Taxpayer Identification Number.
Promotion Period: The Contest ends on April 23, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. ET.
Limit: Limit one Entry per Nominator/per email address during the Entry Period.
Winner Notification: All winners will be contacted by telephone.
Sweepstakes Winners: Send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: LIVE’s Mom’s Makeover Contest Winner (specify which), P.O. Box 6493, Burbank, CA 91510. The Winners’ information will be available after on or about May 9, 2025.

How To Enter

Here is a step-by-step guide that will help you enter this Sweepstakes today:

Nominators are invited to visit https://livewithkellyandmark.com/contests/moms-makeover/.
Submit your Nominee Photo and Statement about their Nominee.
Complete the following information: (i) his/her first name, last name, city, state, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth; (ii) his/her Nominee’s first name, last name, city, state, daytime telephone number, and email address; (iii) select a checkbox confirming that he/she has the rights to submit the Nominee Photo and Statement and attest that his/her Nominee Photo and Statement complies with the Entry/Material Agreement and Requirements described in section 4; and (v) select a checkbox agreeing to abide by the Official Rules and Sponsor’s Terms of Use.
After completing and successfully submitting the Entry Information which includes the Nominee Photo and Statement, the Nominator will receive one entry to be judged in the Contest.

Prizes

One (1) prize will be awarded in the Contest. Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to New York, N.Y. on or about May 3, 2025 to on or about May 8, 2025 for a minimum of three (3) days/two (2) nights to a maximum of five (5) days/four (4) nights (actual duration of the trip depends on the makeover schedule, makeover video segment production schedule and other producer exigencies).

The trip includes: round-trip coach air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence (actual airport determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) to New York, N.Y. (actual airport in the New York vicinity to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); a minimum of three (3) days/two (2) nights to a maximum of five (5) days/four (4) nights hotel accommodations (standard room/double occupancy); ground transportation to/from the airport and the hotel in New York; one (1) five hundred dollar ($500) cash award to cover travel expenses that will be awarded to the winner only in the form of a check made out to the winner’s name; one (1) haircut/hair styling session “Makeover Experience” awarded to the winner only and will be scheduled on a day during the trip (in Sponsor’s sole discretion); VIP admission for the winner and his/her guest to the Show during his/her visit(s), subject to scheduling around the Makeover Experience; a three thousand dollar ($3,000) cash award to off-set tax liability awarded to the winner only in the form of a check made out to the winner’s name; and winner will receive one (1) AirLight Pro hair dryer. The total approximate retail value of the Prize: $10,475.
