Eligibility : The Propose with Platinum Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry

Promotion Period : Propose with Platinum Sweepstakes begins at 12:01AM, Eastern Time (“ET”), on December 6, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM, ET on January 31, 2010, when all entries must be received (“Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Visit www.GQ.com during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form.

Limit : One entry per person and per e-mail address during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

There will be one (1) winner. The prize consists of one (1) Diamond In The Rough “Classic” Engagement Ring (1.01 carats), with an approximate retail value of $4,000 and one (1) Apple iPod Touch 8GB, with an approximate retail value of $200. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $4,200.
