Eligibility : This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 21 years of age or older on or before July 7, 2008

Promotion Period : Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 7, 2008 until 5:00 p.m. ET on August 4, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”)

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win a Visa gift card in the amount of Twenty-Seven Thousand Dollars ($27,000) intended to be used toward the purchase of the following: (i) decoration and home improvements ($10,000); (ii) one (1) high definition theater system with surround sound ($3,000); (iii) select kitchen appliances ($4,000); and (iv) select home furnishings (ARV: $10,000). Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $27,000.
