Eligibility: The U.S. Cellular Home Smart Home Sweepstakes is open only to persons who are legal residents of CA, IL, IN, IA, KS, MD, ME, MI, MO, MN, NE, NH, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WI or WV, and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry (at least 19 years of age if a resident of NE).

Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins on June 15, 2018 and ends on October 29, 2018.

Limit: Limit six entries per person/family/household per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize(s): The grand prize consists of a $10,000 “connected-home makeover”, awarded as a $2,500 shopping spree at U.S. Cellular and a check in the amount of $7,500 payable to the winner, which may be used for the purchase and installation of smart-home devices in his/her residence, or for any purpose of the winner’s choice.
