Grand Prize consists of home cleanings for a year, payable in the form of a check in the amount of $5,200 . (Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $5,200.00.)
Grand Prize figure is calculated at $100/per week for 52 weeks.

First prize consists of $500 in Meijer gift cards (Approximate Retail Value of First Prize: $500).
