Philips’ Zoom Radiance Contest

Eligibility : Open to all legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia and Canada who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction or in their province/territory of residence (i.e., 18 years of age, except 19 years of age in Alabama, Nebraska, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Yukon, Nunavut, North West Territories, Newfoundland and Labrador and 21 years of age in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Void outside of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia and Canada and where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : Begins at 9:00 AM ET on December 17, 2013 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on January 17, 2014 (“Contest Submission Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) Submission per person/ email address during the Contest Period.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) Zoom whitening session for Grand Prize winner and one (1) Zoom whitening session for Grand Prize winner’s person of choice, provided that such chosen person has reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, with Philips-recommended dental professional in an office close in proximity to winner’s home address, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize: $1000.
