Prizes

Grand Prize (one (1) will be awarded): Trip for winner and winner’s three (3) guests. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $8,000.00. Trip consists of:

• Round trip, coach-class air transportation for winner and winner’s three (3) guests (Travel dates: August 22, 2025 – August 24, 2025).
• One (1) pre-paid gift card worth $1,500.00 which may be used toward (a) one (1) car rental for three (3) days (winner must meet requirements of rental car company, and winner is responsible for booking the car rental; valid credit card required); and (b) meals for winner and winner’s guests during the trip.
• Two (2) night stay in one (1) standard, quad-occupancy hotel room (chosen by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion) located in Tillamook, OR. Sponsor or its agent will book the hotel room on the winner’s behalf.
• Ice Cream Experience, Creamery Tour and tasting followed by a private dinner for winner and winner’s guests on August 23, 2025 at the Tillamook Creameryincluding a $100.00 Gift Card to spend at the Gift Shop. This element of the prize is valued at $740.00 (including the Ice Cream Tour, tasting, dinner, and gift card for the Gift Shop). Grand prize winner acknowledges that Tillamook County Creamery Association intends to videotape portions of the Ice Cream Experience, and that Tillamook County Creamery Association can use this videotape and the winner’s and his or her guests’ appearances, voices, statements, recordings, names, and likenesses for marketing and promotional purposes, in accordance with Section 7 below. The grand prize winner agrees to sign additional documentation if required by Tillamook County Creamery Association to permit use of the video and other materials for marketing and promotional purposes.
•  A one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) Publix Gift Card

First Prizes (five (5) will be awarded): $150.00 Publix Gift Card. ARV: $150.00 each.

Second Prizes (ten (10) will be awarded): $100.00 Publix Gift Card. ARV: $100.00 each.

Third Prizes (fifty (50) will be awarded): $25.00 Publix Gift Card. ARV: $25.00 each.

The ARV of all prizes combined is $10,000.

Tillamook Sweepstakes Rules

• Sweepstakes Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to individuals who are (a) legal U.S. residents residing in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Virginia and (b) 25 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Promotion Period: The Contest ends on July 31, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
• Limit: One entry per person/email address per day during the Sweepstakes Period.
