Playing 76 Tank5 is easy. All you have to do is complete the following 3 easy steps:
- Purchase a minimum of 8 gallons of gasoline or diesel fuel at a participating Phillips 66, Conoco or 76 retail station, present your receipt to the cashier, and request a 76 Tank5 Card.
- Once you obtained your game card, gently scratch off the area to reveal a 15-digit access number.
- Go online to 76TANK5.com, Phillips66TANK5.com or ConocoTANK5.com to activate your Game Card using your 15-digit TANK5 code as instructed on the promotional website.
By entering online, you’ll also be required to register by providing all requested information, including your access number, to find out if you’re an instant winner.

You can also participate by sending a text message with the word TANK5 to 777888 using your mobile device and follow the instructions to complete your game play. Enter your 15-digit Access Number as instructed in the text message.
After your Access Number has been entered, you will receive another return text message stating whether or not you are a prize winner.

I had a winning card. When I tried to redeem it, I was told it was already redeemed. Someone is obtaining the winning numbers and stealing them.

I think this is a big big BS. I have filled up hundereds of time but there is no place to enter any card number… Very tricky. For the last several days I have been seeing :
