Access the entry for the Walmart Survey 2020 at survey.walmart.com or entry.survey.walmart.com and enter the Sweepstakes for a chance to win a $1,000 Walmart gift card. You could also win one of 750 Walmart gift cards in the amonut of $100.
Eligibility : This Walmart Sweepstakes 2020 is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.
Sweepstakes Period : The Sweepstakes begins on February 10, 2020 and ends on April 30, 2020.
Enter At : www.entry.survey.walmart.com (without making a purchase) | www.survey.walmart.com (with a purchase)
Limit : There is a limit of seventy-eight (78) entries per Entrant for the entire Sweepstakes Period.
Prizes :
- Five (5) grand prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a Walmart gift card in the amount of $1,000.
- Seven hundred and fifty (750) first prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a Walmart gift card in the amount of $100.
Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $80,000.

My comment will be about the pharmacy. I changed my prescriptions to Walmart a few years ago and everything has been great. I’ve got a fair amount of prescriptions and they always do a good and prompt job of getting them takin care of. The personnel is always friendly and knowledgeable. A perfect world for me would be if they had a drive up station to pick up my prescriptions. Thanks
