Sam’s Club Scan & Go Sweepstakes 2021 is your chance to win a $50K trip of a lifetime, $30k home entertainment makeover, $20k shopping spree, and more.

Eligibility : This Sam’s Club Sweepstakes 2021 is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of legal residence, whichever is older at the time of entry.

Sweepstakes Period : The Scan & Go Sweepstakes begins on October 8, 2021 and ends on November 12, 2021.

Limit : You may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.

Prizes :

• ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded with a trip package, up to $36,000, includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize winner and up to five (5) travel companions from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a city determined by winner; accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; ground transportation to and from destination airport and hotel (if applicable); various activities depending on selected city; and travel agent services.
• ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: One (1) First Prize of an Extreme Entertainment Makeover Prize Pack will be awarded as $30,000 in Sam’s Club Gift Cards.
• ONE (1) SECOND PRIZE: One (1) Second Prize of (1) a Lifetime Plus Sam’s Club membership will be awarded as $4,500.00 in Sam’s Club gift cards and (2) a Sam’s Club shopping spree awarded in $20,000.00 Sam’s Club gift cards.
• FIVE THOUSAND (5,000) WEEKLY PRIZES (one thousand (1,000) awarded per Weekly Entry Period): If winner entered via the Scan & Go method, they will receive a $10.00 off coupon added to their Sam’s Club account; if winner entered via the Online method, they will receive a $10 Sam’s Club gift card.

Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $154,500.00.
