Eligibility : The Happy Shoe Year Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry

Promotion Period : Happy Shoe Year Sweepstakes begins 12:01 AM ET on December 8th, 2008 and ends 11:59 PM ET on February 15th, 2009, when all entries must be received (“Promotion Period”).

Limit : One entry per person and per e-mail address during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner. The prize is one (1) gift certificate valid for $4,950 in shoe purchases from retailer DSW. The approximate retail value of the prize is $4,950.
