FX Damages Stepping it Up Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and at least 18 years of age.  Void where prohibited. 

Promotion Period : The FX Damages Stepping it Up Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 29, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on January 31, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit (ONE) (1) entry per person/email address per day.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) is available.
The Grand Prize  winner will receive a Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollar ($3,500.00) gift card for a shopping spree.
The Approximate Retail Value (the “ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00).
Three (3) First Place Prizes (each a “First Place Prize”) are available.
Each First Place Prize winner will receive a Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) gift card for a shopping spree.
The combined ARV of all First Place Prizes is One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00).
