2. Take a Photo of the receipt that displays your Qualified Purchase.

4. Follow the links and instructions to submit the online registration form, including your accurate first name, last name, email address, complete home address (P.O. Boxes not permitted), telephone number and your agreement to be bound by these Official Rules.
