Eligibility : Brookshire’s Summer Backyard Barbecue Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Brookshire’s Summer Backyard Barbecue Giveaway begins on June 11, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 28, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, go to http://brookshires.promo.eprize.com/backyardbarbecuegiveaway/ and fill out the online entry form.

Limit : Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Sweepstakes Prizes:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Backyard makeover and a one (1) year supply of Brookshire’s Best Angus Beef. Prize will be awarded as $7,400 in Home Depot gift cards and $2,600 in Brookshire’s gift cards. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.
THREE (3) FIRST PRIZES: A one (1) year supply of Brookshire’s Best Angus Beef. Prize will be awarded as $2,600 in Brookshire’s gift cards. ARV: $2,600.

Instant Win Game Prizes:
TWO HUNDRED (200) SECOND PRIZES: $50 Brookshire’s gift card. ARV: $50.
