Starting on DATE, enter this Sweepstakes by visiting the Sweepstakes Website at digiornodoinks.com.  Follow the instructions to provide your complete first and last name, complete address (including Zip Code, no P.O. boxes) and email address. Then click “Submit”. Following the foregoing instructions will provide you with one entry into the Sweepstakes.

Winners

If, and only if, the football makes contact with an upright goal post, or the crossbar of the field goal, during a field goal or extra point attempt during the Game, 2,500 prizes will be available to be awarded.

If, and only if, the football again makes contact with an upright goal post, or the crossbar of the field goal, during a field goal or extra point attempt during the Game, an additional 100 Prizes will be available to be awarded.

Each prize consists of one DiGiorno pizza, awarded in the form of a coupon. Approximate Retail Value of each Prize: up to $11.99.

For the names of the winners of the Sweepstakes send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Winners List, DIGIORNO Doinks, Brandmovers, Inc., 1519 Carroll Drive, Atlanta, GA 30318, for receipt by no later than 30 days after the end of the promotion.
