How To Enter : During the Sweepstakes Period, visit DelsymMealKit.com to complete the online registration by completing the required fields. Once you have completed the registration form, you will gain one entry into the Sweepstakes.

Eligibility : Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older, and are not Medicare or Medicaid recipients at the time of entry.
