Radio Disney’s In School Concert Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to anyone 16 years of age or younger who is a legal resident of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C., except Maine (“Territory”).

Promotion Period : Commencing at 3:00:00 A.M., March 27, 2010, and ending at 3:00:00 P.M., April 29, 2010 (“Term”)

How To Enter : Go to RadioDisney.com/Win and follow the instructions.

Limit : Regardless of method of Entry and whether one person has more than one Address / Cell Phone Number or more than one person use the same Address / Cell Phone Number, only one (1) On-line Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of six (6) entries per entrant during the Term); only one (1) SMS Text Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of six (6) entries per entrant during the Term); and only one (1) On-air Super Entry (equal to 100 entries) per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of six hundred (600) entries per entrant during the Term). However, only one method of Entry is permitted each Day.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner of the Sweepstakes (“Winner”) will receive a concert for their school (“School Concert”) featuring Demi Lovato (“Artist”) on May 17, 2010. The Grand Prize consists of the following elements: [1] one (1) Artist Concert performance for the Winner’s School. There are no other prizes. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Winner’s responsibility. School Concert must be fulfilled on May 17, 2010. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize package: $50,000.

Winners : For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: “IN SCHOOL CONCERT” Sweepstakes, c/o Radio Disney, P.O. Box 802626, Dallas, Texas 75380. Vermont residents may omit return postage. Winner to also be posted at www.radiodisney.com.
