Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, Guam and Puerto Rico. Entrants must be at least 13 years of age at time of entry.

Promotion Period : The “GameStop® PowerUp Rewards Ultimate Harry Potter Experience” (“Sweepstakes”) commences at 8:00 AM CT on December 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59: PM CT on December 31, 2010 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s):

The one (1) Winner (hereinafter defined) will receive one: (i) one trip for the Winner and one (1) guest of Winner (“Guest”) to Orlando, Florida (“Destination”), currently contemplated to take place on or about June 2011, but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion (subject to compliance with applicable law). The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Winner’s primary residence to Destination, approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $1,300; (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in Destination, for Winner and Guest which will be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), ARV $700; (iii) a total of two (2) day passes for Winner and Guest to “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter” Theme Park at Universal Orlando® Resort, ARV of $300; (iv) two (2) tickets for an early screening of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2. Time, date and location of screening in Sponsor’s sole discretion, no retail value; (v) one (1) life size LEGO statue of a character from the Harry Potter series , (the specific character statue that Winner receives will be at the sole discretion of Sponsor) ARV $1,200; and (vi) one (1) $500 pre-paid Visa gift card (Visa pre-paid gift card terms and conditions apply), collectively (“Prize” or “Prizes”). The total ARV of the Prize is $4,000.

Winner List : All requests for a copy of the Official Rules and for the name of the Winner must be made by March 1, 2011. Vermont residents may omit return postage if requesting a set of Official Rules.
