ENTRY:

Visit Disney.com/DiscoverDisneyAdventure and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form. You will also be required to answer a poll asking you to select your favorite activity that inspires Disney magic at home. Once done, you will automatically receive one (1) entry in the sweepstakes.

LIMITATIONS:

– Open only to persons, who are, as of Entry, 18 years of age or older, and who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C.
– All Entries must be received by 11:59:59 P.M., September 29, 2014.
– Entries are limited to one (1) Entry per person/ Address for each day during the Entry Period, whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person uses the same Address.

SIX (6) WEEKLY PRIZES:

Six (6) prize winners will each receive
[a] a prize package which includes one each of the following items:
