Eligibility : The DIPPIN’ DOTS AWESOME FLAVORS SWEEPSTAKES (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry. Void in Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories and possessions, overseas military installations and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on April 10, 2014 at 12:00 P.M. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on April 25, 2014 at 11:00 P.M. CT (the “Promotion Period”).

TEN (10) PRIZE WINNERS: Each winner will receive one Dippin’ Dots merchandise pack consisting of one (1) Dippin’ Dots Drink Cup, one (1) Dippin’ Dots Spiral Notebook, one (1) Dippin’ Dots Folder, one (1) Dippin’ Dots Cinch Bag (the “Prize”, collectively “Prizes”). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $34.96 (thirty four and ninety six) USD.

One (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER: One Winner will receive a certificate redeemable for Dippin’ Dots for a year – one shipment per month for 12 months. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of this prize is $719.28 (seven hundred nineteen and twenty eight)
