Yahoo! Year in Review Promotion

Eligibility : The Yahoo! Year in Review Promotion is only open to legal US residents at least 18 years or the age of majority at the time of entry.  Entrants must have a public Twitter account to participate in the Promotion.

Promotion Period : The Yahoo! Year in Review Promotion (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00:00 AM PT on December 1, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on December 31, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : To enter, sign up or log on to your Twitter account and tweet to share your moments of 2009 in 140 characters or less INCLUDING the hash tag #myyearyahoo. To be eligible, you must include the hash tag within your tweet.

Limit : One entry per person per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

Thirty-one (31) prizes: Thirty-one (31) winners – one each day during the Promotion Period – will each receive an 32GB Apple iPod touch and a $100 Apple iTunes Gift Card (gift certificate subject to terms and conditions stated on gift certificate).  Approximate retail value of each prize: $399.00.

Winners : The names of the winners will be posted on the Yahoo! Year in Review website after the promotion is over for a period of at least 1 month.
