Eligibility : UGO’s Summer Movie Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period :  The Sweepstakes begins on August 18, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 17, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit :  Each participant may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Netflix Player by Roku and a 12-month Netflix Subscription (3 at-a-time Unlimited). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $303.88.

ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: A 12-month Netflix Subscription (3 at-a-time Unlimited). ARV: $203.88.
