Plantronics G.I. JOE: The Rise of Cobra Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Plantronics G.I. JOE: The Rise of Cobra Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is open only to current legal residents of the fifty (50) United States including the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Plantronics G.I. JOE: The Rise of Cobra Sweepstakes begins on June 28, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) and ends on September 5, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. PDT (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Go to plantronics.com/gijoethemovie (the “Website”) and complete the Promotion entry form.

Limit : One (1) entry per person per day regardless of entry method used or email address used.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) Altec Lansing Octiv Air Home Audio Speaker system, (Approximate Retail Value [“ARV”]: $399.95);

Up to ten (10) First Prizes totaling $1,300 – each First Prize consists of a Plantronics Discovery 925 Bluetooth headset (ARV: $130.00 ea.);

Up to five hundred (500) Second Prizes totaling $12,000 – each Second Prize consists of two (2) movie tickets to see the “GI Joe” Live Action Movie or any other movie. (ARV: $24.00).
