Eligibility : Find Your OWN Channel Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who are legal residents of and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins on December 17, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 28, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: 46″ LED-LCD HDTV. Sponsor will determine all features of the television including the model in its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $1,499.

SEVEN (7) FIRST PRIZES (one (1) per each Entry Period): Apple iPad® with Wi-Fi – 16GB. ARV of each Apple iPad: $500.
