Dine Inn to Win Promotion

Eligibility : Dine Inn to Win Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on November 1, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day and each Code (other than the Free Code) may only be used once during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Family home entertainment system including a 47″ LCD TV, Bose^® surround sound speakers, and a Blu-Ray DVD player. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,000.

ONE HUNDRED (100) FIRST PRIZES: A family board game. ARV: $40.

ONE THOUSAND (1,000) SECOND PRIZES: A 6 month, 1-at-a-time (2 per month), Netflix^® Gift Subscription. ARV: $30.
