Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 13, 2011 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on February 28, 2011

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person and per email for the promotion, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s) :

Three (3) Grand Prizes: A Motorola Atrix 4G phone and a lapdoc accessory. ARV: $879 each.

Seven (7) First Prizes: A Motorola Atrix 4G phone. ARV: $500 each.

Winner List : For names of the winners, available after April 11, 2011, send a self-addressed, stamped (#10) envelope to: AT&T Motorola Atrix Sweepstakes  Winners’ List, P.O. Box 329, Elmhurst, IL 60126. Requests must be received by February 11, 2011. Vermont residents are not required to include return postage.
