Burn Notice 5.0 Mobile Watch to Win Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to legal, permanent United States (“U.S”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories) and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at time of Entry (as defined below).

Promotion Period : Begins at 9:00 pm ET on June 23, 2011 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on September 14, 2011

Limit : Limit of one (1) Entry per person per Weekly Entry Period, regardless of method of Entry (either Mobile or Online), for a maximum of twelve (12) Entries per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s) :

Each Weekly Winner will receive one (1) “Burn Notice Swag Bag” (“Prize”) consisting of branded items as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Five (5) Prizes per Weekly Drawing will be awarded, one (1) Prize to each Weekly Winner, for a total of sixty (60) Prizes awarded throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is eighty-two dollars ($82).

Winner List : For the names of the Weekly Winners, available after September 28, 2011, please send a self-addressed, postage paid envelope to Burn Notice 5.0 “Mobile Watch to Win” Sweepstakes, USA Network, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, 21st Floor, New York, NY 10112.
