Eligibility : Open to legal residents of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia who are of the legal age of majority under the laws of their state.

Promotion Period : Contest begins on July 12, 2010 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends August 8, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: a check payable to the winner in the amount of $5,000, $500 in pre-paid Zaxby’s gift cards*, a Flip video camera (model #U2120B), a Zaxby’s Fanatic Plaque, and a Zaxby’s Fanatic t-shirt (size to be determined by the Sponsor).  ARV: $5,750.

ONE (1) SECOND PRIZE: a check payable to the winner in the amount of $1,000, $200 in pre-paid Zaxby’s gift cards*, a Flip video camera (model #U2120B), a Zaxby’s Fanatic Plaque, and a Zaxby’s Fanatic t-shirt (size to be determined by the Sponsor).  ARV: $1,450.

ONE (1) THIRD PRIZE: a check payable to the winner in the amount of $500, $100 in pre-paid Zaxby’s gift cards*, a Flip video camera (model #U2120B), a Zaxby’s Fanatic Plaque, and a Zaxby’s Fanatic t-shirt (size to be determined by the Sponsor).  ARV: $850.

SEVENTEEN (17) RUNNER UP PRIZES: $50 in pre-paid Zaxby’s gift cards* and a Zaxby’s Fanatic t-shirt (size to be determined by the Sponsor).  ARV: $75.
