Eligibility : Only legal residents of any one (1) the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least the age of majority in their primary state of residence or eighteen (18) years of age or older (whichever is older) at the time of entry are eligible to enter the Contest and win a prize

Promotion Period : Round 1 Video Submissions must be received by the Website between 12:01 pm (Los Angeles time) on July 26, 2010 and 11:59 am (Los Angeles time) on August 8, 2010 (the “Round 1 Video Submission Period”).

Limit : There is a limit of one (1) entry per person regardless of entry method.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner (subject to verification) will receive Ten Thousand Dollars (U.S. $10,000.00) (the “Money Prize”).

In addition, each of the  Top 2 (subject to verification) will receive a trip for him/herself and one (1) guest on Sponsor-selected dates on or about September 24, 2010, to Los Angeles, California, to attend  a taping and appear in a video that may be aired on the Internet, including, without limitation, on the Website. For each of the Top 2, the  trip consists solely of two (2) round-trip, economy class airfare tickets from a major airport near the Contestant’s  residence in the United States (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles International Airport in Los Angeles, California, hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a hotel selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion; $100 per diem for two (2) days; transportation for the Contestant and his/her guest to/from the hotel; two (2) tickets to the final episode of “look live” (collectively, the “Trip Prize”). Total approximate retail value of each of the Trip Prizes: $2,000.00 U.S.D.

Winner List : The name of the winner may be obtained after  October 1, 2010 and before December 31, 2010 by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Kia Motors America, Attn: Who’s Next Contest-Winner’s List, 111 Peters Canyon Road, Irvine, CA 92606.”
