Warner Bros. – Baby Looney Tunes Babies with Character Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Baby Looney Tunes Babies with Character Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Baby Looney Tunes Babies with Character Sweepstakes runs from August 1, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).

Limit : You may enter the Grand Prize Drawing through as many Creative Presentations as you like. / For each referral of up to three (3) friends with valid email addresses, you will be given one (1) additional entry into the Grand Prize Drawing for the applicable Entry Period and one (1) entry into the Secondary Drawing for a total of three (3) additional entries into the Grand Prize Drawing and Secondary Drawing per day through the Tell A Friend Program.

TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES (one (1) per Entry Period): One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded across all Creative Presentations for each Entry Period. The prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on the Creative Presentation through which he/she entered. Accordingly, the Grand Prize for a winner who entered through this Creative Presentation will be: $10,000 that can be used toward a Baby Looney Tunes Shopping Spree.

Secondary Prizes:
FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZES: Nursery décor set (all details of set determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $150.
THREE (3) SECOND PRIZES: Wal-Mart gift card and an infant plush.  ARV: $60.
THREE (3) THIRD PRIZES: Wal-Mart gift card and a children’s book (book determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).  ARV: $60. 
FOUR (4) FOURTH PRIZES: Wal-Mart gift card.  ARV: $50. 
TEN (10) FIFTH PRIZES: Winner’s choice of baby bouncers or playmates (details of winner’s prize options determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), an infant plush, and a children’s book (book determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).  ARV: $45. 
FIVE (5) SIXTH PRIZES: Diaper bag gift set (contents determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and a children’s book (book determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).  ARV: $40. 
FIVE (5) SEVENTH PRIZES: Diaper bag gift set (contents determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).  ARV: $30.
TEN (10) EIGHTH PRIZES: Assorted baby products (products determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).  ARV: $25.  SEVEN (7) NINTH PRIZES: Infant plush and a children’s book (book determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).  ARV: $20.
