TrueNorth Contest

Eligibility : Open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of October 20, 2008 (“Entrant”).

Promotion Period : You may enter a Submission in the TrueNorth Contest between 12:01:00 am Central Time (“CT”) on 10/20/08 and 11:59:59 pm CT on 12/31/08 (“Contest Entry Period”).

Limit : Limit five (5) Submissions per person/per email address.

Prize (s):

Prize (1): Winner will receive $25,000 cash, which will be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner (the “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $25,000.00. In addition, the Winner’s Submission will be used by Sponsor to create a sixty (60) second commercial that will air during the 2009 Academy Awards television show (the “Commercial”).
