Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are living within, and are legal residents of, the 50 United States (including Washington D.C.) and who are at least 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) as of the time of their entry.

Promotion Period : The Chevron and Texaco Credit Card Summer Drive Adventure 2010 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on 7/1/10 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 9/30/10 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit :  You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable Sweepstakes Weekly Drawing and one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Drawing each time you use your Chevron and Texaco Personal Credit Card or your Chevron and Texaco Visa Credit Card (each hereinafter referred to as an “Eligible Credit Card”) to effectuate a purchase transaction (a “Qualified Transaction”) during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):

Thirteen (13) Weekly Drawing prize winners will each receive one (1) “Summer Fun Package” which consists of one (1) portable grill, one (1) cooler and one (1) package of Steaks (which will be awarded in the form of a gift certificate) (each a “Weekly Drawing Prize”). All brands will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. (ARV: $300.00 each) (each a “Weekly Prize”).

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) check for ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00), which may be used toward the purchase of a family vacation, and a (6) Piece family Travelpro luggage set, which includes (2) 28″ Expandable Rollaboards bags, (2) 30″ Rolling Duffels, and (2) 22′ Expandable Rollaboard bags (Carry-on size) (the “Grand Prize”) (ARV: $11,680.00).
