Simply Potatoes Contest

Eligibility :  Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 12, 2013 until 2:00 p.m. ET on March 12, 2013 (the “Promotion Period”)

Limit : Limit of one (1) Submission (with up to three (3) recipes in the Submission) into the Contest Portion per eligible person during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s) :

The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive $3,000 cash (in the form of a check), with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $3,000.

The one (1) People’s Choice Winner will receive $1,250 cash (in the form of a check), with an ARV of $1,250.

The one (1) Sweepstakes Prize Winner will receive $750 cash (in the form of a check), with an ARV of $750.
