Eligibility :  Open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths who are 21 years of age or older, except employees and members of their households and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of the Promotion Entities and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their advertising and promotion agencies and all local sponsors.

Promotion Period : Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 18, 2011 until 11:00 a.m. ET on December 30, 2011

Limit : Only one (1) entry per Entrant is permitted.

Prize (s) :

There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will win Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) (awarded in check form).

Winner List : Beginning on or about January 6, 2012 you may obtain the name of the winners by going to the Website. The winner’s name will be listed until approximately January 31, 2012.
