Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including D.C.) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and who are members of any of the following fifteen (15) clubs (each a “Club”): COLUMBIA HOUSE DVD CLUB, DOUBLEDAY BOOK CLUB, THE LITERARY GUILD, THE MYSTERY GUILD, BOOK-OF-THE-MONTH CLUB, QUALITY PAPERBACK BOOK CLUB, BLACK EXPRESSIONS, CHILDREN’S BOOK-OF-THE-MONTH CLUB, CRAFTER’S CHOICE, ONE SPIRIT, BOMC2, THE HISTORY BOOK CLUB, SCIENCE FICTION BOOK CLUB, THE GOOD COOK, or DOUBLEDAY LARGE PRINT prior to the start date of the Promotion. Void where prohibited.

Promotion Period : Begins October 8, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends November 19, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).
