Eligibility : Power a Bright Future Contest (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment for the purpose of entering this Promotion.
Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on August 12, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 1, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Contest: ONE (1) CONTEST GRAND PRIZE: A $50,000 grant awarded to the School nominated by the winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50,000. THREE (3) CONTEST FIRST PRIZES: A $20,000 grant awarded to the School nominated by the winner in each category: Learn, Play, and Create. ARV: $20,000.

I am interested in nominating a holding tank for adjudicated youth in Maryland. These youths are taught subjects, but it is not a public school…would this teaching facility qualify for your Power of a Bright Future grant? These kids certainly need an experience with imagination.
