Eligibility :   The Opportunity Knocks Sweepstakes & Instant Win Game (collectively “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., who are at least 18 years of age and who have an active e-mail account and Internet access prior to the beginning of the Promotion Period

Promotion Period : The Opportunity Knocks Sweepstakes & Instant Win Game begins on or about 9:00:01 a.m. EST on 9/12/08 and ends 4:59:59 p.m. EST on 9/23/08

Limit : Limit one (1) entry/game play per person or e-mail address, per day** during the Promotion Period.  Each entrant may have a maximum of 12 total entries (one per day) in the Sweepstakes Random Drawing.

Sweepstakes Random Drawing Prize:
GRAND PRIZE (1): The Grand Prize winner will receive $150,000 in cash.
