Prize (s):

(1) Grand Prize: $12,000 awarded as a $1,000 load to winner’s Card each month for (12) months (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”=$12,000). (1) First Prize: $6,000 awarded as a $500 load to winner’s Card each month for (12) months (ARV=$6,000). (1) Second Prize: $3,000 awarded as a $250 load to winner’s Card each month for (12) months (ARV=$3,000). (40) Third Prizes: $100 load to winner’s Card (ARV=$100).
