Eligibility : Hershey’s Kisses Wishes With Kisses Brand Contest open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

Promotion Period :  HERSHEY’S KISSES WISHES WITH KISSES BRAND CONTEST ENTRY PERIOD BEGINS AT 12:00:01 A.M. EASTERN TIME (“ET”) JANUARY 6, 2009 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 P.M. ET FEBRUARY 16, 2009 (THE “CONTEST PERIOD”).
