Herr’s Flavored by Philly Contest 2023 begins on October 24, 2023 and it’s your chance to win $5,000 and a year’s supply of Herr’s, along with $10,000 for the nominated business.
How Does The Herr’s Contest Work?
The Flavored by Philly Contest begins on October 24, 2023 and ends on August 9, 2024. To participate, go to campaign.rtm.com/flavoredbyphilly during the Contest Entry Period to gain access to the Contest entry form. Submit your flavor idea. Limit of one Entry per person, per email address, per day, throughout the Promotion Period.
This Herr’s Sweepstakes 2023 is open only to legal residents of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration.
What Are The Prizes
A total of seven (7) prizes will be awarded during the Promotion.
ONE (1) ENTRANT CONTEST GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Entrant Contest Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of:
- One (1) $5,000 check
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Entrant Contest Grand Prize is $5,000.
ONE (1) SMALL BUSINESS* CONTEST GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Small Business* Contest Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of:
- One (1) $10,000 check
The ARV of the Small Business* Contest Grand Prize is $10,000.
TWO (2) ENTRANT CONTEST RUNNER UP PRIZES: Two (2) Entrant Contest Runner Up Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of:
- One (1) $1,000 check
The ARV of the combined Entrant Contest Runner Up Prizes is $2,000.
TWO (2) SMALL BUSINESS* CONTEST RUNNER UP PRIZES: Two (2) Small Business* Contest Runner Up Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of:
- One (1) $2,500 check
The ARV of the combined Small Business* Contest Runner Up Prizes is $5,000.
ONE (1) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: One (1) Sweepstakes Prize will be awarded, consisting of:
- One (1) gift basket filled with Herr’s products and merchandise, all details determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
The ARV of the Sweepstakes Prize is $250.
The total ARV of all prizes available in this Promotion is $22,250.
Who Won The Sweepstakes?
On or about August 12, 2024, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries and select one potential winner. To receive the list of winners of prizes, send a #10 self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by October 23, 2024, to: Herr’s Flavored by Philly – Winners List Request, c/o Realtime Media, 1001 Conshohocken State Road, STE 2–100, West Conshohocken, PA 19428.
