Eligibility : Open to legal residents residing in the Eligible Zip Codes of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware and Pennsylvania who are 18 years of age and older, who are physically located and reside in the above states at the time of entry (“Eligible Participant”).

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on June 2, 2011 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on September 30, 2011

Limit : Limit one online entry per person/email address per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize: up to $5,000 to be used toward a VIP experience to attend an event of the winner’s choice from among the events offered by the Sponsor. Winner will receive two (2) tickets to the event, and the funds remaining from the $5,000 can be used toward air, train or ground transportation and hotel accommodations as well as spending money.  Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $5,000.
