Food Network Cook Like a Star Sweepstakes

Eligibility : This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : Beginning at 9:30 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 19, 2014 until 5:30 pm ET on August 15, 2014 (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Limit of one (1) entry per eligible person, per day, during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s) :

The Grand Prize Winner shall win the following (the “Grand Prize”): (i) $3,500 cash (presented in the form of a check); (ii) one (1) Cook Like a Star Cookware Package (details to be determined by Sponsor); (iii) one (1) Food Network journal; and (iv) one (1) Food Network Cookbook Package (details to be determined by Sponsor). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $4,500.

Each First Prize Winner shall win the following (the “First Prize”): one (1) Food Network Cookbook Package (details to be determined by Sponsor).  ARV of each First Prize: $150.
