Eligibility : Combos Tackle Life Contest open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are the age of majority in their states of residence or older as of 9/14/09

Promotion Period :  CONTEST BEGINS AT NOON ET ON 9/14/09 & ENDS AT 11:59:59 AM ET ON 10/31/09.

How To Enter : Complete official registration form available at tacklelife.combos.com (“Contest Site”), including an essay of 10-100 words describing a project you have always wanted to do and explaining how $5,000 will help you do it (“Entry”).

Limit : one Entry per person

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000), awarded as a check made payable to winner.

Winners : To obtain winner’s name, visit www.combos.com. Winner’s name will be posted after selection and verification of winner.
