During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants will be invited to visit the sweepstakes website and fill out their name and email address on the online entry form which will result in one entry into the Sweepstakes.

Four (4) First Prize winners will each receive $250.
Four (4) Grand Prize winners will each receive $1,000.
Approximate Retail Value of the total prize pool is $5,000.
