Eligibility : This Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older who are not: (i) represented under a music recording contract (e.g., by a talent agent or manager) either at the time of entry or at any time since 01/18/10; (ii) subject to an acting, modeling or any other contract that would make his/her appearance in the work a violation of any third-party rights; or (iii) under any other contractual relationship, including but not limited to any guild or union memberships, that would in any way limit or impair Sponsor’s ability to display or use his/her Entry, name, likeness or any work that he/she has created for the Contest in any media form, in perpetuity on a royalty-free basis, without any payment of fee obligations of any kind.

Promotion Period : Begins at Noon Eastern Time (“ET”) on 01/18/11 and ends at 11:59 A.M. ET on 03/01/11

Limit : Limit five Entries per Team Leader or Team Member (no individual Team Leader or Team Member may be included in more than five Entries) and each Entry submitted must be different.

Prize (s) :

The Grand Prize consists of $25,000 to the Entrant (divided among and payable to each Team Leader and each Team Member), the chance to have a mentoring session with a music professional, and the chance  to appear in a future Folgers coffee commercial ARV of Grand Prize: $25,000.

FIVE FINALIST PRIZES: Each Finalist Prize is a trip for the Team Leader and up to three Team Members listed on the Entry Form to New York City, NY to compete in the Live Grand Prize Audition on or about 06/08/11. Each Finalist Prize consists of round-trip coach airfare between a U.S. gateway airport in the 50 United States nearest the Finalist’s residence (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and New York City, NY, two nights hotel room accommodations (up to two rooms/double occupancy) at a hotel designated by Sponsor, ground transportation between airport and hotel and hotel and Live Grand Prize Audition location and a check in the amount of $5,000 made payable to the Entrant (divided among and payable to each Team Leader and each Team Member). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Finalist Prize is up to: $11,800.

Requests must be received by 12/31/11 Winners list will be sent after all winners have been verified.
