2. Complete the online Official Entry Form by entering your name, complete address, city, state, ZIP, and email address.
3. Certify that you are 18 years of age or older.
4. Confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by the Official Rules.
5. Check the reCAPTCHA box.
6. Click “Submit”

After you have submitted your registration, you will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes.
