Here is a step-by-step guide that will help you enter this Sweepstakes today:

• Step 1. Visit www.BeThereWithCare.com during the Contest Period.
• Step 2. Follow the instructions to complete the online entry form with the required information.
• Step 3. Create and submit an essay of 350 words or less, responding to the question why the individual they are nominating goes above and beyond as a caregiver to an individual over the age of eighteen (18), and how the Grand Prize will change the Nominee’s life to receive one (1) entry in the Contest and Giveaway.

Prizes

There are three (3) grand prizes available to be awarded to three (3) winners. Each Grand Prize winner will receive a check for $10,000.00 USD to use towards caregiver expenses.  The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $10,000.00. The ARV of all Grand Prizes is $30,000.00.

There are seven (7) 1st prizes available to be awarded to seven (7) winners. Each 1st Prize winner will receive a check for $1,000.00 USD to use towards caregiver expenses.  The ARV of each 1st Prize is $1,000.00. The ARV of all 1st Prizes is $7,000.00.

There are one hundred (100) giveaway prizes available to be awarded to one hundred (100) winners. Each Giveaway Prize winner will receive a promotional code for receipt of a $100.00 Walmart eGift Card. The ARV of each Giveaway Prize is $100.00. Total ARV of all Giveaway Prizes available in this Promotion is $10,000.00.

Total ARV of all Grand Prizes, 1st Prizes and Giveaway Prizes available in this Promotion is $47,000.00.

Sweepstakes Rules

• Sweepstakes Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (NOT including residents of Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories), who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of primary residence (whichever is older) at time of Entry.
• Promotion Period: The Contest ends at 11:59 PM PT on November 30, 2025.
• Limit: There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person, per day.
• Random Drawing Date: December 17, 2025
