Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream and Cake Dance Video Contest

Eligibility : The Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream and Cake Dance Video Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry, and who have not purchased any products, services or equipment for purposes of entering the Contest. Entrants under the age of 18 must get permission from their parents or legal guardian prior to entering the Contest.

Promotion Period : The Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream and Cake Dance Video Contest Submission Period (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 7/29/09 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 9/9/09 (“Contest Submission Period”).

How To Enter : During the Contest Submission Period, enter online by visiting www.BaskinRobbins.com/VideoContest (the “Contest Site”) where you will find Official Rules and entry instructions.

Limit : Each entrant may submit as many Entries as he/she wants, as long as each Entry is substantially different from other Entries submitted by the entrant, or other entrants.

Prize (s):

The Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) ten-thousand dollar ($10,000) check and one-thousand dollars ($1,000) worth of Baskin-Robbins ice cream cake to be awarded in two dollar ($2) Gift Certificates (ARV: $11,000).

The First Prize winner will receive one (1) five-thousand dollar ($5,000) check and five-hundred dollars ($500) worth of Baskin-Robbins ice cream cake to be awarded in two dollar ($2) Gift Certificates (ARV: $5,500).

The Second Prize winner will receive one (1) one-thousand dollar ($1,000) check and one-hundred dollars ($100) worth of Baskin-Robbins ice cream cake to be awarded in two dollar ($2) Gift Certificates (ARV: $1,100).

Winners : Winners List requests will only be accepted after the Contest Submission Period end date (9/9/09) and will be sent once winners are finalized.
