Two Grand Prize Winners (one cat and one dog) and their cat or dog will receive a prize package valued at an approximate maximum retail equivalent of $32,500.00, comprised of:

(a) $10,000 (cash) honorarium
(b) the $22,500.00 estimated value of their cat or dog being photographed to be featured on the cover of and in a minimum two-page (2-page) feature spread in either Modern Cat (cat) or Modern Dog (dog) magazine, with the exact number of pages for the interior-page pictorial to be determined by Operator.
