The Mazda Giveaway Sweepstakes

Eligibility : This Sweepstakes is open to any individual who is 18 years of age or older at the date of entry, and as of May 29, 2008: (a) is a legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States or DC (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) (the “Eligibility Area”); and (b) has access to the internet. In order to be eligible to win a prize, each winner must also: (a) have a valid driver’s license; and (b) have legally required automobile insurance covering the prize vehicle prior to taking possession of such prize vehicle.

Promotion Period: Begins on May 30, 2008, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 15, 2008, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Entry Period”).

Limit : Limit one entry per person/email address, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: A customized 2007 MAZDA® RX-8 automobile, approximate retail value (“ARV”) $28,375.

One (1) First Prize: A customized 2007 MAZDASPEED3™ automobile, ARV $21,700.
